Charity/Social Justice/Outreach

Organizes Food Bank pick-ups, arranges deliveries to The Mustard Seed, creates and/or initiates charitable projects within the parish.

Liturgical

Purchases flowers for the church for Christmas and Easter, assembles/disassembles the Lord’s tomb at Easter, decorates the church at Christmas and Pentecost.

Maintenance/Janitorial

Upkeeps and repairs the church and its property (furnace, boiler, refrigeration units, etc.).  Is on call to arrange assistance during emergencies (e.g., flood, sewer back-ups, etc.)

Decorating

Decorates the hall for special occasions, purchases and takes care of decorations.

Purchasing

Makes purchases for the parish, such as paper products, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Hall Manager

Explains rental policies to potential facility renters, conducts pre- and post-rental inspections, collects rental fees.

Safer Environments

Screens volunteers for the ministries offered in the parish.

Church Cleaning

Organizes cleaning products and distributes duties for the cleaning of the church at Easter and the kitchen/hall in the fall.

Landscaping

Weed and water the plants around the church.
